Shakespeare Country is the official tourist board and marketing organisation for Stratford upon Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.
Phil Hackett presents a unique insight into visitor expectations, segmentation and the infrastructural partnerships required to deliver on these.
As tourism has grown in importance to our regional economy so too has the sophistication in destination marketing from research through to multiple segment branding, integrated media promotion and customer service delivery.
Phil Hackett has had responsibility for over 500 visitor attractions during 18 years experience in cultural tourism and attraction marketing roles. He was appointed CEO of Stratford Country in 2007 where he has overall responsibility for tourism, marketing and conservation.
