Anthony Collins will be looking at the new standard forms of appointment (including the RICS standard form, RIBA S-CON 7-A (for architects), and the new ACE agreement).

This talk will explain the main points to look out for in your appointment and contain a brief summary of the main amendments you or your clients might make to the new RICS standard form of appointment for a consultant.
We will also briefly review other professional forms you might need to advise your clients about when they appoint other consultants or an architect for a project.
