Following a Christmas guided tour of Little Moreton Hall, decorated for the Yuletide celebrations, historian David Watts will outline how a 'non-specialist' approaches the marketing of a specific tourist attraction, as well as seasonal celebrations at busiest periods, within the national organisation of the National Trust.

The presentation will look at visitor segmentation, customer care and product development for this renowned attraction which welcomes 70,000 visitors annually.

The evening will conclude with a festive three course Christmas meal in the picturesque kitchen of Little Moreton Hall. This event is limited to an attendance of 37 - you are therefore invited to book early.

After 28 years in education, David Watts decided on a change of career and began work for the National Trust, initially as Learning Officer at Quarry Bank Mill near Manchester. David has been Little Moreton Hall's Property Manager since 2006 and is a keen historian of the National Trust
