Traditionally the finance role is often viewed as the custodian of the company’s finances. However, it is vital that this is translated into value added services that are more consultative and totally integrated within the strategic direction of the business.

This two hour evening session will focus on the soft skills that are needed to become an effective business partner. The technical skills are assumed to already exist.

We will examine practical tools that describe how we are wired. By understanding yourself and others, will enable a better business interaction. Various models will be used to contrast the behaviours of your team and business partners.
